She grew up in Atlanta and spent many summers visiting her family in Hough’s Neck, falling in love with the water, the people, and honestly, the little neck clams. Two years ago, she and her family stopped visiting and made Quincy their home. Best decision they’ve ever made!

Stephanie is our newest licensed agent with Flavin & Flavin Realty – her family has been part of this community for generations, which is exactly why – when she decided to pursue real estate – she came home to join us at Flavin & Flavin Realty, a firm with over 100 years of South Shore roots.

Before real estate, Stephanie spent nearly a decade in personal injury law, advocating for victims in some of the most stressful moments of their lives- fighting to make sure they were heard, protected, and treated fairly. She bring that same passion to every client she works with, whether you’re buying your first home or selling the one you’ve raised your family in.

Stephanie and her family have fully embraced our community – they take pride in their Quincy Yacht Club where she serves on the parent sailing committee, she co-chaired Cleaner Greener Merrymount this year, and this fall you’ll see her back in the stands cheering for our Quincy United – where her son’s team won the State Championship last year. She’s not a tourist; she’s your neighbor.
