Born and raised in East Bridgewater, graduated from East Bridgewater High School and Chandler School for Women Boston. Married to Edward Flavin land moved to Quincy in 1966. Mother of three boys. Owned and operated Roseann’s Floral and Handcraft Shop on Hancock Street in Quincy from 1989 to 2008. Experience in staging and design. Involved in Quincy public Schools, Quincy Community Action Program. Interfaith Social Services, Merrymount Association and many other city activities. A Certified Buyer Representative, a Broker Price Opinion Realtor and very knowledgeable with property in Quincy and the South Shore area. Worked with QCAP and several banks in educating and helping first time homebuyers since being with Flavin and Flavin in 2008. Member of NAR, MAR, MLSPIN and South Shore Realtors.
