Michael Flavin is a proud third-generation owner of Flavin and Flavin Realty. Michael has over 25 years of real estate experience, specializing in new construction developments and property investment opportunities. According to The Multiple Listing Service, Michael was Quincy’s top-producing realtor from 2003–2009 and 2013–2016. Michael is a family man who has been involved in many local community organizations such as Youth Sports and the Quincy Business Association, and is a board member for the Salvation Army’s Real Estate Division. Michael said his proudest moments were working alongside his father Ed Flavin for 24 years. He is recognized by CEO Weekly as one of Massachusetts’s top business owners in 2025.
