Graduate of Northeastern University in 1964 receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Associated from 1965 with the office of FLAVIN & FLAVIN, 1085 Hancock Street, Quincy, Massachusetts, established in 1925, servicing the real estate needs of Quincy, the South Shore areas and Dorchester areas of the Commonwealth.

Completed numerous appraisals on residential, commercial and industrial properties for companies, individuals, banks, estates, attorneys, City of Quincy, surrounding towns and Norfolk County.

Testified on cases before the Superior Court of Norfolk County, Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board, City of Quincy, Town of Weymouth and Town of Braintree Board of Assessors.

Real Estate experience includes all phases of the business including appraising, brokerage, financing, management, counseling, buying and selling for my own account.

Completed numerous courses at Stonehill College, Northeastern University, and Bentley College on the Appraisal of Residential Properties, the Appraisal of Income Producing Properties, Real Estate Law and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
